摘要：

该文通过转基因手段和生物化学及其生物物理方法研究表明水稻中存在两个受缺磷增强表达的磷酸盐转运蛋白，OsPht1;2和OsPht1;6，它们在水稻植株器官和细胞中的表达部位、与磷酸盐的亲和力、受介质pH的影响及其吸收转运磷素的生理功能等方面均有很大差异。由于作物必需的磷在土壤中存在强烈的化学和生物固定，磷肥的当季利用率很低，而磷肥大量施用既耗竭有限的磷矿资源又加剧环境的富营养化。因此，这一发现十分有助于通过生物技术途径提高农作物对磷素资源的利用效率。
